A $250 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. ![]() ![]() Tax-exempt groups must fax a copy of their tax-exempt certificate to the Reservations Department at 321.449.4480. If you bring additional items (such as a purse or backpack), you will need to carry them with you during the program. Please note: all luggage will be stowed together – there are no private lockers, so please do not pack valuables. All stowed items must be clearly labeled with your name. There is space for each guest to stow one (1) piece of carry-on sized luggage (10”x 16”x 24”) and one plastic bag with a pillow and sleeping bag inside. You will need to carry your luggage from your parked vehicle, through Security, to our luggage transport. All chaperones must be at least 21 years old. Additional chaperones will be charged $125 per person, plus tax (Space Shuttle Atlantis) or $99 per person, plus tax (Apollo/Saturn V Center). Groups are required to have one chaperone for every five students for every five students attending, one chaperone will receive the discounted rate.
